    Greg has been an attorney for 15 years has practiced business, corporate, entertainment and real estate law. In 1999 he became a partner in Schwartz, Schlussel & Luckman - Great Neck, New York

    He has prepared numerous contracts and conducted negotiations for corporations and high profile clientele including songwriters and performing artists within film, theater, and music industries. He has structured business plans for IPOs, clothing manufacturers, motion picture, and record companies. Drafted and finalized purchase, sale, distribution, and licensing agreements.

    In 1988 Greg was a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Robert J. Mrazek in Washington, D.C. He researched pending bills, responded to constituents, and drafted memos for Congressional review. As a Law Clerk in 1992 for the California Department of Health Food and Drug Division - Los Angeles,California, Greg researched and drafted legal memoranda under federal and state law. Addressed regulatory issues concerning drug manufacturing and food supplement labeling.
